Preparation instructions
Empty the pack into a bowl and slowly add 100ml of water while stirring constantly with a fork or a whisk until well dissolved. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes or until set and then it's ready. Once prepared, must be consumed rapidly.
If you fashion a protein mousse instead, combine the powder and water with one egg white and whisk vigourously until reaching a mousse texture. Refrigirate and eat rapidly as to not have your mousse deflating !
